Ron Avery

Ronald J. Avery is the youngest of eight children born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. He attended catholic grade school, high school, and college. He had a career in management of retail grocery for twenty-five years and management of wholesale beer for five years. He has had the pleasure of working with several thousand employees in his thirty years of management. He is now retired from retail and wholesale business to take up his passion in life, helping cancer patients. He is the Founder, President, CEO and COB of the Avery Foundation based in Dubuque, Iowa. This Foundation gives grants to local cancer patients go through treatments. A portion of the sales of, Heroes of Zoarc, goes to the Avery Foundation. Connor Weitz

Connor Weitz, born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, is a former multi-sport athlete and college basketball player who transitioned his passion for athletics into a career in health and fitness. He graduated with Honors in Health and Human Physiology/Exercise Science from the University of Iowa and has since built over a decade of experience coaching and training a wide range of individuals from youth and professional athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts. In 2016, Connor Founded Zoarc Fitness, where he serves as Owner and CEO, and later created Heroes of Zoarc to further promote health, performance, and community. Dedicated to leading by example, he continues to challenge himself as a competitor in fitness while inspiring others to reach their full potential.
